FAQs

 

1. How long does delivery take?

We ship orders within 48 hours, but that doesnt include weekends or on Melbourne public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible. Your patience with delivery times is appreciated.
Express Delivery is usually 1-2 Days Depending on your location in Australia.
Standard parcel delivery is usually 1-5 days depending on your location in Australia.
Items that are marked "pre order item" can take in excess of 20 business days for dispatch.
 
2. Do you offer phone support?
Yes! Please email us first and if we cant resolve any issue or enquiry via email we are happy to ring you.

3. Do you offer Warehouse Pick-Up?
G6 Range does allow you to order and purchase online and then pickup at the warehouse. Contact us after you have placed your order to arrange a pick up time, please note these times do need to be within 10am - 4pm Monday, Wednesday Friday. Please note that this is just an option to pick up the product, we do not have a change room available on site.

4. What payment types do you take?

G6 RANGE accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay, AfterPay and AMEX Credit Cards. These options are available at the checkout.
  

5. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes! Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. G6 RANGE checkout has a 256-bit SSL security encryption certification awarded by RapidSSL. See that small image of a lock at the left hand side of the web address in your browser window while you’re in checkout? Yes? That means that your transaction is safe and sound. #LetsGoShopping!
  

6. What is your sizing like?

Our sizing is from size 6 - 14. Not sure what size to order? Send us an email and we will be glad to help! 
  
7. Will the item I receive look like the picture online? 

Every effort is made to show you items accurately and as true to life as possible. All computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way products appear when viewing on a monitor, tablet, mobile etc. We will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible however we will not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies that may occur.
 

8. Do you offer size exchange? 

Yes we do! Size exchanges are dealt with by issuing a store credit once we receive the item back. You then use the store credit to buy the size you need. Postage is not included in the store credit amount.
 

9. Do you offer lay-by/holds?

Yes we offer AfterPay as a lay-by option. Shop Now - Pay Later with AfterPay.
 

10. Can I change or cancel my order?

We offer changes and cancellations before the dispatch email has been sent out. To change or cancel, email support@g6range.com.au and we'll help you out. 
 

11. How do I return my purchase?

Email us at support@g6range.com.au & request an order return form. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges of all returns. Store credit will be given for all returns. Store credits do not include postage charges. Optional warehouse drop off is available, please complete the returns form and bring it in with the product. We will process the return within 1 business day, and contact you after this.
 

For change of mind or size exchange - returns will only be accepted within 14 days from date of delivery. Faulty product items must be returned within two months of purchase.

All that we ask is that the goods are returned to us in the same condition it was sent out. It must not have been damaged, worn, altered or washed and all tags must remain attached. For more information refer to the ACCC Website.

12. Will I be issued a store credit or a refund for my return?

A store credit will be issued. Store credits do not include any postage charges. Store credits will be valid for 6 months. If the product is faulty, you will be issued a replacement or the product will be fixed. In certain circumstances a refund may be applicable if the product can't be replaced or fixed by G6 RANGE.

13. How long do I have to return my purchase?

For change of mind or size exchange returns will be accepted within 14 days from date of delivery.

14. When will I receive my store credit?

Returns team can take up to 48 hours of us receiving your return. Once processed, you will receive direct email from them with your store credit code.
 

15. I didn't receive my order confirmation, what should I do??

If you didn’t receive a confirmation as soon as you checked out an order, it sounds like the email has gone to your junk folder or maybe we have an incorrect email address for you. If this is the case, please contact us straight away so we can confirm whether your order has been submitted and resend your confirmation.

 16. How long does it take to get a response via email? 

Emails are responded to within 24 hours, business hours only Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
