How do I return my purchase?

Email us at support@g6range.com.au & request an order return form.

Credits and refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges of all Returns.

Store credit will be given for sizing and/or colour change requests.

We reserve the right to confirm your payment information if we the transaction looks suspicious. Payment confirmation may be done via email or phone. 

We ask is that the goods are returned to us in the same condition it was sent out. It must not have been damaged, worn, altered or washed and all tags must remain attached.

Will I be issued a store credit or a refund for my return?

A store credit will be issued. Store credits will be valid for 6 months.

You have 14 days from the day you received your order to return your item(s) back to us for change of mind. Returns after this period will not be accepted.

“Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure’.”
